    We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
    The item must be in its original condition, including unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging attached.
    The returned item must include a copy of the original receipt or invoice.
    Special promotion or sale items are not returnable or exchangeable after purchase unless defective.
  2. Request a Return
    To request a return, please follow the steps below:
    Please contact the customer service team via email at help@marzull.shop with your order number and reason for return.
    We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong shipment, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing
    We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment processor.
  5. Exchange Policy
    If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return steps above and clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange in the email. We will arrange for the delivery of the new item to you after receiving the return.
