    You can browse our website, select the shoes you like (slippers, dance shoes, canvas shoes, sneakers), and then click the “Add to Cart” button. After completing your selection, click the shopping cart icon and follow the prompts to complete the payment process.
  2. Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once the order enters the shipping process, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
  3. How long does it take to ship?
    We usually process and ship within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The specific time can be found at checkout.
  4. How do I return the goods after receiving them?
